Job summary

The Inventory & Production Control Coordinator at MJC Inc. ensures inventory accuracy, production execution, and ERP transaction integrity through cycle counts, inventory transactions, and coordination with multiple departments.

This role focuses ~60% on Inventory Control and ~40% on Production Control to support efficient material flow. Reporting to the Inventory Control Specialist, you will help identify process improvements and contribute to standard work and procedures, enhancing inventory

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (EPICOR preferred).
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Minimum 2 years in inventory control, production coordination, or related field.
• Ability to identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled cycle counts; recounts and verification as directed.
• Enter and process inventory-related transactions in EPICOR.
• Monitor production jobs and ensure completion; validate ERP transactions.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control, Production, Planning, Procurement, Shipping and Receiving.
• Maintain records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
