Job summary

Lululemon Athletica in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Operations Lead for a 3-month contract to drive store product strategy, inventory accuracy, and exceptional guest service. You will oversee BOH operations, lead inventory shifts, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring shelves and back‑of‑house areas are well‑stocked and organized.

This role requires at least 1 year of related experience, strong collaboration, and the ability to lead, train, and mentor teammates across shifting

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per SOPs.
• Execute product actions such as pulls, consolidations, and repricing.
• Engage team members to maintain a fun and productive shift.
• Monitor product levels and communicate insights to support sell-through and availability.
• Review daily data to inform actions and pricing decisions for outlets.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training processes.
• Provide feedback and mentoring to team members for ongoing development.
• Foster an inclusive, respectful team environment.
• Lead from the floor as Supervisor on Duty to deliver expert product education.
