Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement, preferably non-profit/public sector
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Grant-funded procurement experience and compliance desirable
• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities
• Solid supplier/third-party management software knowledge
• Strong numerical and data analysis skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor open requisitions and inform departments of delivery status and price changes.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with federal, state, local regulations and grant requirements.
• Drive supplier collaboration to foster innovation and competitive edge.
• Develop sourcing plans, identify qualified suppliers, obtain competitive quotes.
• Negotiate changes to existing contracts as needed.
• Promote DEI by engaging woman, minority, and veteran‑owned suppliers.
• Regularly review contracts and monitor supplier performance.
