Job summary

Elite Line Services (ELS) is seeking a procurement and inventory control specialist to manage parts, materials, and supplies for the O&M site. You will handle requisitions, purchase orders, and stock documentation, while maintaining accurate inventory and vendor records.

Responsibilities include vendor evaluation, data entry into CMMS, and periodic audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards. A GED or high school diploma with relevant experience is required.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Minimum 1 year previous experience in parts procurement and inventory control.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years’ experience in parts procurement and inventory control.
• Excellent computer skills to include Word, Excel and CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of technical or automotive related parts.
• Familiar with ISO standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Procure and provision spare parts, materials and supplies per policies.
• Maintain inventory records, requisitions, purchase orders and stock documentation.
• Evaluate vendors for cost and service.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure efficiency.
• Enter data into CMMS and reconcile orders, receipts and invoicing.
• Conduct periodic inventories and audits per documentation procedures and ISO standards.
