Job summary

SPATCO Energy Solutions is seeking an energetic Inventory Coordinator to join our warehouse team. The role involves storing materials, picking, packing, scanning orders and keeping stocked with essential equipment to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will perform daily shipping/receiving, maintain records, conduct cycle counts, and coordinate with service teams to ensure timely stock transfers and accurate inventories.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and stock transfers.
• Experience with MRP and warehouse processes.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day shipping/receiving for stock transfers and customer orders.
• Maintain and file records of shipping/receiving activities.
• Pull and stage parts for projects or service orders; notify teams when ready.
• Process returns of parts and review stock reports weekly.
• Perform monthly warehouse cycle counts and physical inventories as needed.
• Support counter and service teams with warehouse-related tasks.
