Job summary

Replacements, Ltd., the world's largest retailer of tableware, is seeking a full-time Inventory Processing Associate (Support Specialist) to join our Inventory team at our headquarters in McLeansville, NC. You will help ensure inventory is accurately processed and prepared for shelving.

You will inspect incoming merchandise, label and stage products, support receiving operations, and maintain safe, clean work areas while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and inspect incoming merchandise for quality and visible damage.
• Prepare inventory for shelving and warehouse storage following established procedures.
• Label, organize, and stage products for efficient movement throughout the facility.
• Move merchandise using carts, pallets, and other approved equipment.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas.
• Assist with inventory preparation, replenishment, and storage activities as needed.
• Support receiving operations, including unloading and processing shipments.
