Job summary

Replacements, Ltd., the world’s largest retailer of tableware, is seeking a full-time Inventory Processing Associate (Support Specialist) to join our Inventory team at our McLeansville, NC headquarters. You will review incoming merchandise for quality, organize products for shelving, and support inventory flow with a strong focus on detail and safety.

You’ll work on-site, Monday through Friday, with a team that strives for accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Open and inspect incoming merchandise for quality and visible damage.
• Prepare inventory for shelving and warehouse storage per procedures.
• Label, organize, and stage products for efficient movement.
• Move merchandise using carts, pallets, and other equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist with inventory prep, replenishment, and storage as needed.
• Support receiving operations, including unloading shipments.
• Transport recyclable materials and waste to designated locations.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Collaborate across receiving, inventory, and shelving functions.
