Replacements, Ltd. in Greensboro, NC is seeking an Order Processing Specialist (Packer/Puller) to accurately pull and pack customer orders on-site. You will verify details, follow packing procedures, and process orders in our Kronos-tracked environment.

The role requires physical stamina, safety focus, and weekend availability during peak holiday seasons. Monday–Friday schedule with potential for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and pack customer orders, verifying pattern name, piece type, size, reference, quantity, and quality.
• Follow all packing procedures, using appropriate materials to protect pieces and minimize breakage or damage.
• Scan and process orders in compliance with eTrack rules and procedures.
• Select the correct box type and size based on carrier requirements and order specifications.
• Clean and prepare pieces for packing, handling items that cannot be cleaned according to procedures.
• Identify and escalation problem orders and process damaged stock appropriately.
• Organize and maintain inventory by straightening and cleaning shelves while pulling.
• Accurately record time and production stats daily using Kronos.
• Support the team by assisting with other department tasks as needed.

Order Processing Specialist (Packer/Puller)

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Position Summary:

Under minimal supervision and working in a team-oriented environment, you will accurately pull and pack customer orders, ensuring each piece is handled with care and precision. This role is key to maintaining our high standards for order accuracy, inventory integrity, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds regularly, and up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to safely push, pull, and maneuver carts and ladders.
• Flexibility to work weekends and second shift during peak holiday seasons.
• Commitment to excellent service, supporting both internal and external customers.
