Job summary

Replacements, Ltd., the world's largest retailer of tableware, is seeking a full-time Inventory Processing Associate (Support Specialist) to join our Inventory team at our headquarters in McLeansville, NC. You will help ensure inventory is accurately processed and prepared for shelving.

You will inspect incoming merchandise, label and stage products, support receiving operations, and maintain safe, clean work areas while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects or discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Prepare inventory for shelving and warehouse storage following established procedures.

Inventory Processing Associate (Support Specialist)

Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt

Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Position Summary

Replacements, Ltd., the world's largest retailer of tableware, is seeking a full-time Inventory Processing Associate (Support Specialist) to join our Inventory team. In this role, you will help ensure inventory is accurately processed. You will review incoming merchandise for quality, organize and prepare products for shelving, and support inventory flow throughout the facility. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in McLeansville, NC.

What You'll Do

• Open and inspect incoming merchandise for quality and visible damage


• Prepare inventory for shelving and warehouse storage following established procedures


• Label, organize, and stage products for efficient movement throughout the facility


• Move merchandise using carts, pallets, and other approved equipment


• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work areas


• Assist with inventory preparation, replenishment, and storage activities as needed


• Support receiving operations, including unloading and processing shipments


• Transport recyclable materials and waste to designated locations


• Operate tools and equipment required to perform job duties safely and effectively


• Meet productivity, quality, and safety standards


• Collaborate with team members across receiving, inventory, and shelving functions to support daily operational goals


• Perform other related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods

• Ability to regularly lift and move up to 30 pounds and participate in team lifts for heavier items


• Ability to work safely in a warehouse and inventory-processing environment
