Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience in accounts payable or related finance field required.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and outgoing payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage accounts payable transactions using accounting systems.
• Review purchase orders and ensure vouchers are created and processed.
• Enter and maintain financial transactions to support accurate records.
• Issue, verify, and distribute checks as needed.
• Reconcile petty cash and company credit card activity.
