Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate with branch team.
• Competent written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years in customer service and operations.
• 2+ years in service and parts department preferred.
• Agile and quick learner, enjoys collaborative projects and continuous education.
• Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and profitability.
• Order parts through sourcing procedures and coordinate with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive, store and update PartsNet; conduct frequent cycle counts.
• Manage new/used battery inventory and tires; ensure availability and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and track returns with warranty team.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to align repairs with part availability.
• Ensure vendor support and payments are processed correctly.
• Assist Branch Financial Manager with reports to improve profitability.
