ManpowerGroup is seeking an Inventory Planner in Hayward, CA to support test requirements and early asset fulfillment. You will convert demand from SAP into purchase requisitions, place orders, and monitor supplier performance through Jira.

Ideal candidates have a物流/SCM background, 3+ years in logistics, and experience with SAP and Jira to ensure on-time delivery and precise fulfillment for crucial test assets.

Responsabilidades

• Gather test and early-asset part demand from SAP and convert into purchase requisitions and orders.
• Place part orders against test schedules and additional demand requirements.
• Track supplier order status and ETAs; proactively follow up for on-time delivery.
• Deliver parts to requestors and manage fulfillment and status updates via Jira.
• Review shortages and out-of-stock situations; mitigate with expedites or alternatives.

Our clientis seeking an Inventory Planner to join their team. As an Inventory Planner, you will be part of the Logistics & Material Planning group supporting test support and early-asset fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have proactive supplier follow-up, strong attention to detail, and tenacity & grit/relentlessness which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Logistic Inventory Planner - Test Support

Location:Hayward, CA

Pay Range:$55/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Gather test and early-asset part demand from SAP and convert it into purchase requisitions and orders
• Place part orders against test schedules and additional demand requirements
• Track supplier order status and ETAs; proactively follow up to secure on-time delivery
• Deliver parts to requestors and manage request fulfillment and status updates through Jira
• Review shortages and out-of-stock situations; recommend and execute mitigating actions (expedites, alternates, re-prioritization)

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's degree (Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred)
• 3+ years of professional experience in logistics, planning, or procurement
• Experience working with suppliers to track orders and resolve delivery issues
• Experience with SAP for demand gathering and order creation
• Experience using Jira or a similar ticketing system to manage requests
