Our client is seeking a Logistics Associate to join their team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be part of the warehouse and manufacturing support team, helping ensure materials move smoothly from dock to production and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a get-it-done attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Move warehouse materials to/from the dock and production/shipping using all required transport methods (forklift, on foot, and other conveyance methods)
• Use warehouse systems technology to input, retrieve inventory and parts data, and process material movements throughout the warehouse
• Assess material needs for assigned production areas throughout the shift and pull materials using information systems to support the production schedule
• Resolve inventory errors through physical verification and systemic identification using warehouse tools
• Support general assembly customers by uncrating critical components and prepare milk-run/line-side delivery as needed

What's Needed?

• HS Degree or GED
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar role
• Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word) and comfort using inventory/parts systems
• Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment; current and valid forklift operator certification compliant with Cal/OSHA standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for extended periods (8+ hours), plus a valid drivers license for the state of the role and an acceptable driving record
