Walgreens Co. is seeking a team member to execute and monitor inventory best practices across the store and pharmacy, ensuring accurate counts, pricing, and timely returns.

You will also engage customers, mentor staff on service excellence, and support daily front-end and pharmacy operations. In designated stores, you may lead on duty, manage cash handling, and assist with opening/closing tasks to ensure a smooth start and end of business.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsabilités

• Executes inventory processes including receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.
• Manages front end and pharmacy inventory to support on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Completes pricing changes, markdowns, and price signage with accuracy.
• Provides leadership on duty in designated stores, handling customer issues and service quality.
• Supports store operations, including opening/closing duties and cash handling when required.
