Walgreens is seeking a dedicated team member to maintain inventory integrity across front end and pharmacy, manage receiving, pricing, and returns, and uphold on-shelf availability.

As a leader on duty, you will handle POS transactions, customer service, and staff coaching while ensuring compliance with store policies and regulatory requirements. This role supports comprehensive store operations and inventory accuracy daily.

Competenze

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Achieving expectations rating on last performance review (internal candidates).
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Mansioni

• Executes and coaches team on warehouse and vendor inventory management, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Scans deliveries, marks received items, contacts vendors for undelivered receipts, and opens tickets to correct orders.
• Under the pharmacist-in-charge, verifies pharmacy shipments and postings, and reports shortages or damaged products.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes for planogrammed departments, including disposals, returns, and scan-outs.
• Maintains inventory accuracy across front end, stockroom, overstock locations, and pharmacy inventories.
• Supports pricing activities, daily changes, and correct signage.
• Supports front end and pharmacy ordering by monitoring expenses and managing inventory.
• Ensures designated items are updated and held in correct area.
• Coaches team on package deliveries and Walgreens Pickup Program.
• Serves as leader on duty handling POS tasks, refunds, voids, and cash handling.
• Complies with company policies and completes additional tasks.
