Job summary

In this role you will review reports, maintain asset protection processes, and assist in opening/closing the store when needed. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience (retail preferred).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Validate and ensure accuracy of planograms and pricing.
• Review reports and systems affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances.
• Open/close store in absence of management in designated stores; manage cash handling.
