Job summary

Walgreens in Bartlett, IL is seeking a Store Inventory Associate responsible for executing and monitoring inventory best practices across both front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation.

You will review reports and system applications to ensure accurate on-hand balances, support asset protection, pricing tasks, and warehouse/vendor coordination; leadership on duty duties may apply, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork, and excellent customer

Qualifications

Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

Execute and monitor inventory best practices for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
Review and coordinate the use of reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
Conduct asset protection activities and process vendor overages, shortages, and damaged goods including prescription drugs.
Open and close the store in designated locations when required, including cash handling and cashier responsibilities.
Manage pricing activities, including price changes and signage accuracy, and support ordering and returns.
