Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Manage front end and pharmacy asset protection and vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close the store in designated stores and handle cash and POS responsibilities.
• Lead warehouse, vendor receiving, and One Box receiving processes to ensure accurate inventory.
