Formación

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and execute.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection and process vendor overages and shortages.
• Open and close the store in the absence of management where required, including cash handling.
• Engage customers, provide assistance, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Execute warehouse and vendor inventory management: creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings and manage recalls and returns.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes including disposals and vendor returns.
