Job summary

Walgreens in Sunnyside, NY is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory & Operations Associate to manage front-end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, returns and planograms. You will monitor reports, support asset protection, and ensure On-Shelf Availability across store operations.

As the leader on duty in designated stores, you will open/close the store, handle POS transactions, and coach team members on inventory best practices while maintaining compliance with store policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory including front end and pharmacy; receive, count, price, and process returns.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and maintain asset protection practices and handle vendor overages/shortages.
