Walgreens in Richmond, VA is seeking a team member to manage store and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and order processing. You will assist with receiving, counts, vendor returns, and accuracy of planograms while upholding asset protection and customer service standards.

The role requires fluency in English, flexible schedule, and prior Walgreens or retail experience. You will also help with store opening/closing duties and participate in training programs.

Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• “Achieving expectations” rating on last performance review and no disciplinary actions (internal candidates).
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Responsabilités

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Champion On-Shelf Availability and handle planograms, pricing, returns, and stock accuracy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports and systems impacting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute and coach on warehouse and vendor inventory management processes including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Open/close store in absence of management in designated stores, including cash handling and POS tasks.
• Attend company trainings and maintain pharmacy license/certification as required.
