Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolution strategies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy inventory processes including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation.
• Engage customers and provide assistance to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues as needed.
• Lead warehouse and vendor inventory activities, including creating and receiving orders and scanning deliveries.
• Support pricing, asset protection, and inventory accuracy across departments under pharmacist supervision.
• Assist in training and coaching team members on inventory systems and procedures.
