Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience (internal) or one year of prior retail experience (external).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and execute.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and procedures for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Manage On-Shelf Availability, planograms, pricing, and stock accuracy.
• Open/close store as needed, manage cash handling and POS duties in designated stores.
