Job summary

Walgreens in Travelers Rest, SC is seeking an Inventory & Operations Associate to support front end and pharmacy inventory, pricing, and order management. You will count, receive, and process vendor shipments, validate planograms, and help maintain on-shelf availability and stock accuracy.

You will engage customers, assist with checkout when on duty, and support store leadership with daily inventory tasks, recalls, and disruptions.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail work experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory practices for the store and pharmacy.
• Assist with receiving, counting, ordering, and returns of inventory.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and accuracy of planograms.
• Open/close the store in absence of management and handle cash & POS duties.
• Support front-end and pharmacy pricing, including daily price changes and signage.
• Process deliveries and vendor returns; One Box receiving.
• Under pharmacist supervision, verify pharmacy shipments and postings.
• Complete end-to-end On-Shelf Availability (OSA) processes for planogrammed areas.
• Assist inventory recalls, vendor returns, and interstore transfers when applicable.
• Maintain inventory records and prepare for physical inventory days.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves.
