Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead on duty to resolve customer issues and model service best practices.
• Execute and coach inventory processes, including receiving orders and vendor deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments and postings under the pharmacist‑in‑charge.
• Complete On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and pricing tasks, including signage and markdowns.
• Manage pharmacy inventory recalls, returns, and interstore transfers where applicable.
• Support end-to-end package delivery, scanning, and pickup programs.
• Maintain store systems knowledge and assist with basic operations and compliance.
