Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a store operations associate in Longview, TX, responsible for end-to-end inventory management across front end and pharmacy. You will train staff on best practices, ensure accurate planograms, and support pricing and stock control.

The role requires flexibility to cover opening/closing shifts, cash handling, and outstanding customer service duties while maintaining stockroom and floor health. Experience with Walgreens systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year in retail.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for the whole store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Open/close the store as required, with cash handling and cashier duties.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and accuracy of planograms.
• Perform pricing tasks: price changes, markdowns, and signage.
