Walgreens is seeking candidates to expertly manage store inventory and assist pharmacy inventory activities. You will receive, count, price, and process returns across front-end and pharmacy while ensuring planogram accuracy and On-Shelf Availability.

You will review reports impacting pricing and on-hand balances, protect assets, and support opening/closing duties where required. Role requires English fluency, flexibility in schedule (including evenings/weekends), and strong attention to detail

Formación

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience (external)
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Experience in identifying and resolving operational issues

Responsabilidades

• Manage inventory processes for both front end and pharmacy, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram accuracy
• Review reports and applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing for front end and pharmacy
• Execute and maintain front end and pharmacy asset protection; file claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods including prescription drugs
• Open/close store in absence of management, including cash handling and cashier duties in designated stores
• Lead inventory and warehousing activities: orders, receiving, stock counts, and vendor returns
• Coordinate pharmacy and warehouse inventory postings, recalls, and recalls processes under pharmacist supervision
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability end-to-end, disposals, scans, vendor returns, and interstore transfers where applicable
• Ensure regulatory pricing accuracy, daily price changes, signage, and compliance with pricing tasks
• Support ordering by managing front end and pharmacy orders and monitoring for excess orders
• Maintain accurate inventory counts across stockroom, shelves, and designated locations
• Verify postings of pharmacy warehouse orders and prescription/OTC orders
• Provide frontline customer service and assist in resolving issues to deliver a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising of counters and shelves
• Assist and coach team in package delivery processes and pickup program
• Adhere to company policies and participate in training and development
