Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking an Inventory Associate to manage front-end and pharmacy inventory, including receiving, counting, pricing, returns, and planogram validation. You will support warehouse/vendor processes and ensure on-shelf availability while maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include executing pricing tasks, assisting with store opening/closing duties, and delivering a high-quality customer experience through proactive service and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens retail experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for both front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Perform on-shelf availability, pricing, and planogram validation.
• Open/close store in absence of management in designated stores and handle cash and POS duties.
• Lead customer experiences by greeting and assisting customers and resolving issues.
• Coordinate warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including receiving orders and scanning deliveries.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and conduct tote audits as needed.
• Maintain accurate on-hand counts and inventory records across departments.
