Carroll Water is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator in Cockeysville, MD to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials, ensuring teams have what they need for job sites.

The role supports Service, Installation, Well Drilling, and Pump teams by coordinating with vendors, technicians, and management to keep parts and equipment flowing smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and warehouse management systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage-area inventory.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure critical materials remain adequately stocked.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and properly store incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock control systems.
• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate the movement, storage, and distribution of materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Ensure the warehouse, yard, and storage areas remain clean, organized, safe, and professional.
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming jobs and projects.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
