Carroll Water in Cockeysville, MD is seeking a dependable Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to oversee daily operations, inventory, purchasing, receiving, and distribution of materials.

This role supports Service, Installation, Well Drilling, and Pump teams, ensuring technicians have the parts and supplies to complete work safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, keeps the warehouse organized, and communicates with vendors, technicians, and management.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while also working effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, manage, and maintain warehouse, yard, and storage‑area inventory.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Coordinate movement, storage, and distribution of materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Order materials from approved vendors and track lead times.
• Communicate with vendors about orders and shortages.
• Support Service, Installation, Well Drilling, and Pump teams with materials.
