Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts and equipment flow in our Baltimore warehouse. You will create purchase orders, receive orders, and ensure parts are correctly tagged and stored. You will also handle shipping paperwork, packaging, and parts movement for multiple jobs.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Prior warehouse experience is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders accurately.
• Receive orders, compare with packing slips, tag part numbers.
• Process shipping paperwork, packaging and shipping of parts and equipment.
• Pull parts for jobs and track movement in the warehouse.
• Keep warehouse and storage areas organized.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork and submit daily.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
