Job summary

Qualifications

• Must show solid knowledge of inventory and property management principles.
• Ability to apply independent judgment on exceptions to work assignments.
• Experience with office and administrative support in a warehouse or stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Sort and match packing slips and invoices and reconcile against vendor statements.
• Enter capital equipment into databases and maintain inventory records.
• Create computerized requisitions, purchase orders and delivery orders as needed.
• Oversee and maintain a computerized inventory control system.
• Provide support to laboratorians and distribute samples appropriately.
