Job summary

Doka USA is a leading formwork solutions provider in the construction sector. The Customer Service Representative will manage order processing, invoicing, inventory control, and logistics for the regional operations, ensuring accurate pricing and timely fulfillment. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential.

You will support month-end close activities, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and assist with other departmental duties as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in admin, operations or logistics preferred.
• Experience in inventory control and procurement planning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; strong numeric and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional inventory and logistics, ensuring accurate levels via the in-house order system.
• Manage customer accounts and full order process with pricing verification.
• Handle high volumes of calls, resolve issues promptly, and communicate schedule changes.
• Process pricing, billing and credit requests per contracts or PO terms.
• Monitor discrepancies in order processing and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate back orders and procurement with logistics for timely transfers.
• Review confirmations and quote pricing for both custom and standard items.
• Support additional logistics tasks to ensure efficient regional operations.
