Job summary

HealthTrust Supply Chain, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an Inventory Analyst to manage and optimize warehouse inventory levels, train staff on inventory handling, and oversee workflow when the Warehouse Logistics Manager is unavailable.

You will maintain accurate records, reduce excess inventory, and analyze trends to ensure supply meets customer needs while supporting service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years material management/distribution experience required.
• Med/Surge distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory levels with a focus on service levels and inventory turns.
• Facilitate excess inventory reduction by returning excess products to vendors.
• Evaluate inventory levels and adjust min/max, safety stock, lead times and formulas.
• Interface with Director of CSC Operations/Warehouse Logistics Manager on inventory issues.
• Review changes to product conversions, deletions, additions and impact on inventory.
• Identify product trends by supplier and item; review and process daily GSO orders.
• Assist in product recalls.
• Direct cycle count program and perform cycle counts.
