Watts Water Technologies, based in North Andover, MA, seeks a data-driven Supply Chain professional to optimize inventory deployment, network performance, and execution. You will partner with Product Management, Manufacturing, Distribution Centers, Demand Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Sales to convert insights into action and minimize inventory investment.

The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, SAP/ERP experience, and strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation skills; hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field: Supply Chain, Business, Operations or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and refinement of inventory dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
• Analyze inventory performance across distribution centers and locations to identify optimization opportunities.
• Serve as primary contact for supply chain issues raised by agent representatives and ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and execute inventory rebalancing across the network to improve availability and reduce excess.
• Analyze stock positioning and recommend stocking location strategies to improve service and reduce costs.
• Monitor inventory health and service metrics; perform root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to mitigate shortages, excess inventory, and service risks.
• Communicate impacts of risks to stakeholders and drive corrective action plans.
