Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Sr. Inventory Optimization Specialist in North Andover, MA.

Hybrid role with three days in the office and two remote days, focusing on optimizing inventory deployment, network performance and service levels across the supply chain. The role partners with Product Management, Manufacturing Operations, Distribution Centers, Demand Planning, Supply Management, Sourcing, Finance, and Sales to identify opportunities and drive execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management using relevant inventory management tools.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management and cost reduction initiatives.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making and presentation skills.
• Strong facilitation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of inventory dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools.
• Analyze inventory performance across distribution centers, agents and field locations.
• Serve as primary contact for supply chain issues raised by agent representatives.
• Identify and execute inventory rebalancing opportunities across the network.
• Analyze inventory positioning and recommend stocking location strategies.
• Monitor inventory health and service performance metrics and perform root cause analysis.
