Watts is hiring a Demand Planner in North Andover, MA. This hybrid role partners with Sales, Customers, Project Managers, and Supply/Operations to produce accurate 12-month forecasts and improve baselines using statistical methods and planning software.

You will ensure ERP data integrity, analyze trends, and drive actions to close forecast gaps while aligning inventory strategies for new and existing items.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in demand management, project planning, scheduling, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in statistics, forecasting, and forecasting methods with understanding of their financial/operational impacts.
• Self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment; strong communication skills; proficient with Excel (pivot tables, v-lookup).
• Preferred: Anaplan experience; APICS/IBF or similar certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Create demand forecasts for a 12-month rolling horizon, incorporating input from Sales, Customers, Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance, and related functions.
• Use and maintain the Statistical and Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting tool; ensure data accuracy in ERP and planning systems.
• Review historical trends, analyze demand drivers, and prepare forecast analytics; evaluate forecast results and report findings.
• Lead conversations with key counterparts, propose forecast adjustments, and drive countermeasures to close gaps.
• Provide input to Supply Planning on inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and phase-outs.
• Prepare and distribute analytical forecast reports including root-cause analysis and impact on inventory and service levels.
