Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an inventory control role.
• 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory plans for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to meet production needs.
• Provide logistical support and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Develop and monitor inventory transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce strategic reports for operations management (monthly/weekly).
• Lead cycle count programs and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate discrepancies to identify root causes and corrective actions.
