Job summary

Carolina CAT is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to maintain accuracy and governance of inventory across branches and distribution centers. You will manage cycle counts, replenish stock, and support audits while coordinating with Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in inventory or related roles and strong data analytics skills with ERP and WMS experience. This on-site role offers growth within a family-owned leader in infrastructure equipment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, supply chain, purchasing support, warehouse operations, or related analytical roles.
• Experience working with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and governance across branch network and distribution center.
• Manage cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Support replenishment, purchasing and backorder management according to policy.
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting and KPI dashboards with Data/BI teams.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and support audits and process improvements.
