Job summary

Carolina Cat is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to maintain inventory accuracy, govern item master data, and drive replenishment and audit activities across our branch network and distribution center. You will partner with Operations, Purchasing, and Supply Chain to ensure data integrity in the WMS, test and implement improvements, and lead cycle counts and annual inventories.

Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in inventory control or related analytical roles.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Own cycle count governance and administration of counts.
• Monitor stock, outages, and inventory exceptions with corrective actions.
• Execute replenishment and purchase order activities per policy.
• Maintain inventory master data and WMS attributes.
• Develop reporting and KPIs with Data/BI teams.
• Support annual physical inventories and audits.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Branch Leadership.
