Job summary

Walgreens in Minneapolis is seeking an Inventory and Operations Associate to execute and monitor inventory best practices across front end and pharmacy, support receiving, counting, ordering, and returns, and ensure planogram accuracy.

This role focuses on on-shelf availability, pricing accuracy, asset protection, and daily store operations, including opening/closing and POS responsibilities when needed.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and resolving problems.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices for the store (front end and pharmacy).
• Support inventory management activities including receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Maintain on-shelf availability, planogram accuracy, pricing, and asset protection.
• Open/close the store as required and handle cash and POS duties when designated.
• Coordinate with store teams on warehouse and vendor deliveries and scanning/receiving processes.
• Assist in pharmacy and front-end inventory postings and recalls as needed.
