Job summary

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Validate planograms and ensure on-shelf availability across departments.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Implement asset protection techniques and process claims for overages/shortages.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash and POS duties.
• Engage customers, assist with products, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team on warehouse/vendor inventory processes, orders, and deliveries.
• Postings for pharmacy shipments, recalls, returns, and pricing changes.
• Assist with special inventory tasks and maintain clean, merchandised shelves.
