Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience with Walgreens or one year of retail experience (external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• “Achieving expectations” rating on last performance review and no written disciplinary actions in the previous 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor store inventory practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Support inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Maintain on-hand balances, pricing, planograms, and shelf readiness.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash and POS tasks.
• Ensure stockroom and floor are clean and merchandised.
