Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail work.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Reviews and coordinates use of reports and systems affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Performs front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and processes vendor overages/shortages and adjustments.
• In designated stores, opens and closes the store, handles cash, and ensures readiness for business hours.
• Engages customers, resolves issues, and models service excellence to deliver a positive experience.
• Executes warehouse and vendor inventory processes, including creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Verifies pharmacy shipments and postings, and reports shortages or damaged products daily.
• Completes On-Shelf Availability end-to-end processes, disposals, and vendor returns as applicable.
• Supports pharmacy inventory activities, recalls, returns, inter-store transfers, and postings.
• Performs price changes, markdowns, and ensures signage accuracy and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Maintains inventory records, orders, and shelf counts; supports pickup program and package handling.
