Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail experience.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management: receiving, counting, ordering, returns.
• Ensure On-Shelf Availability and manage planograms accuracy, pricing, and returns.
• Review reports and systems to keep front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing accurate.
• Process front end and pharmacy asset protection, filing claims for overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
• In designated stores, open/close the store, handle cash, and ensure readiness for business day.
• Engage with customers, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Lead warehouse and vendor inventory processes: creating, reviewing, and receiving orders.
• Verify pharmacy shipments postings and conduct tote audits and recalls.
