Amplify People in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Inventory Manager who will own inventory control, purchasing coordination, receiving, staging, and showroom accountability. This working‑manager role keeps you on the floor while you establish repeatable systems that ensure readiness and protect margins.

You'll coordinate with sales, project management, accounting, vendors, and field teams to reduce shortages, overages, and ordering errors, while driving efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate, real-time inventory records.
• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment for projects.
• Organize and maintain scalable warehouse systems.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, project management, accounting, vendors, and field teams.
