Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of prior Walgreens experience or one year of prior retail work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task and manage execution.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Executes, monitors, and trains inventory best practices and SOPs for the entire store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Reviews and coordinates use of reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Executes and maintains front end and pharmacy asset protection techniques and files claims for overages, shortages, and damaged goods.
• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management when required, including cash handling and cashier responsibilities.
