Qualifications

• Six months of Walgreens experience or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multi task.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices for store, front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Ensure on-shelf availability and accurate planograms.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances.
• Execute front end and pharmacy asset protection measures and process vendor overages/shortages.
• Open/close store duties in absence of management (as required).
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Lead on duty in designated stores, manage POS tasks and customer refunds when needed.
• Scans deliveries, validates postings, and completes tote audits and price changes.
• Support inventory activities, including recalls, vendor returns, and postings for pharmacy orders.
