Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a detail-oriented team member to manage inventory across front end and pharmacy, execute receivings, pricing, and planogram compliance, and support asset protection.

You will coordinate with store leadership to ensure smooth operations, accurate on-hand balances, and strong customer service. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to train others in inventory best practices.

Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience (Walgreens preferred) or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Review and coordinate use of reports to maintain on-hand balances and pricing accuracy.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection tasks and process vendor returns and shortages.
• Open/close duties in designated stores, including cash handling and ensuring readiness for business day.
• Manage warehouse and vendor inventory processes, orders, and One Box receiving.
