Qualifikationen

• Six months of prior Walgreens or one year of retail experience.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing solutions.

Aufgaben

• Execute, monitor and train inventory best practices and SOPs for store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities: receiving, counting, ordering and returns.
• Validate and ensure planogram accuracy and manage on-shelf availability.
• Review reports and system applications affecting front end and pharmacy on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform front end and pharmacy asset protection activities and file vendor-related claims.
• Open/close store in absence of management; handle cash, POS tasks and floor readiness.
• Engage customers, greet and assist, resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Lead on duty duties: register sales on POS, process returns, adjust prices and provide change.
• Coordinate with team on inventory systems, deliveries, scans, and package handling.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; support Pick-up program.
